Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Collectible Vault, Spelling Bee, Math Flash, Vehicle Log, Home Inventory, History Facts, and Family Kitchen (together, “the Apps”), operated by honestlogic.app (“we,” “us,” “the Operator”). By creating an account or using any of the Apps, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Apps.

Who Can Use the Apps

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to create an account — generally, an adult.

Your Account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping access to your sign-in email secure. Because the Apps share one sign-in, securing or losing access to that inbox affects your session on all of them.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the content you add — including the family member profiles, recipes, photos, meal plans, and grocery lists you create in Family Kitchen. By using the Apps you give us the limited permission needed to store, process, and display that content back to you as part of operating the service — including sending recipe text or photos you submit to our AI provider to extract and tag a recipe, as described in our Privacy Policy. We don't use your content for any purpose beyond operating and improving the Apps.

Allergen Information Is Not Medical Advice

Family Kitchen's allergen flags and substitute suggestions — whether generated automatically from an imported recipe or entered by you — are a convenience, not medical or dietary advice, and are not a substitute for reading a product's actual label or consulting a doctor or allergist. Automated extraction and tagging can miss or misidentify an ingredient, especially from a blurry photo or an ambiguously worded recipe. You are responsible for independently verifying that any food is safe for a person with a food allergy before they eat it, especially for a severe allergy. Do not rely on this app as the sole safeguard against an allergic reaction.

Acceptable Use

Please don't use the Apps to:

• upload content you don't have the right to use, or that is illegal, abusive, or infringes someone else's rights;
• try to access another account's data;
• interfere with or disrupt the Apps, or attempt to bypass rate limits or access controls.

We may suspend or terminate access for use that violates these Terms.

No Warranty

The Apps are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Apps will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI-extracted recipe content or allergen tagging will be accurate or complete.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, honestlogic.app is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Apps, or for decisions made in reliance on allergen flags, substitute suggestions, or other content you generate or import. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Apps is limited to the amount you paid us to use them in the past twelve months (currently zero, as the Apps are free).

Changes to the Apps or These Terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Apps at any time. We may update these Terms; if we make a material change, we'll update the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the Apps after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Termination

You can stop using the Apps and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and any dispute will be resolved in the courts located there.
